The International Relations Student Association of Universitas Pertamina, abbreviated as HMHI UP, was established to embrace and involve all students of the International Relations Study Program in contributing to the work programs that have been prepared by HMHI UP.
HMHI has a general goal of shaping students who are high-achieving, skilled, innovative, responsible, and uphold the values of Universitas Pertamina and the Tri Dharma of higher education.

- 1st place in the FISIP Debate Competition at Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia
- 1st place in the Rules of Survival Indonesia Championship
- 1st place in the Debate Competition at the Industrial Creative Festival
- 2nd place in the EPICC National Essay Competition

The International Relations Student Association of Universitas Pertamina (HMHI UP) as an academic and non-academic community based on the values of unity and family, with faith in God Almighty.
Mission
- To embrace and involve all students of the International Relations Study Program at Universitas Pertamina in contributing to the work programs prepared by HMHI UP with a sense of responsibility and transparency.
- To create a conducive and high-quality learning environment that is sustainable and relevant to the development of the discipline of International Relations, especially in the field of energy, as well as other disciplines in general.
- To build close and communicative internal and external networks.
