The emblem of Universitas Pertamina was created in 2015 by PT Pertamina (Persero). It represents the philosophy of a tree, meaning that the output of the university’s human resources will be beneficial for the surrounding community and the nation as a whole.
The direction of the canopy of leaves moving to the right signifies that the right side represents goodness. The total number of leaves is 12, which is a combination of 4 basic elements of consideration, 4 vision elements, and 4 mission elements for which this university was established.

Media publications have various forms. The scope of media that is commonly used includes banners, billboards, vertical banners, streamers, posters (both printed and digital on social media), and flyers (both printed and electronic flyers (e-flyers)).
This section contains provisions as outlined in the Pertamina University Logo Manual from 2015, which details the safe area for placing the logo across different media and graphic layout needs. The logo must be placed within the logo's safe area, meaning that the surrounding space must be clear of any interference from shapes, images, or text and colors that could disrupt its readability. The logo should ideally be positioned at the top of the safe area in the graphic layout, whether at the top right, left, or center. Placement of the logo in the center of the layout can be done in emergency situations. Avoid placing the logo at the bottom of the graphic layout area.
