Student Association

Pertamina University has various student organizations that bring together students from each of its study programs.

Below are some of the student associations at Pertamina University:

Chemical Engineering Student Association

This association comprises all active academic students of the Chemical Engineering program at Universitas Pertamina. The main activities of this association serve as a means for students to develop themselves, their creativity, and their independence. These activities are expected to accommodate and fulfill the need for academic development, interests, hobbies, student welfare, and community service. Vision To make the Chemical Engineering Student Association a platform for developing the individual abilities of each chemical engineering student, based on a high sense of responsibility and a spirit of togetherness. Mission 1. To improve the quality of reliable members ready to enter the field of chemical engineering. 2. To optimize and enhance the abilities of each high-quality chemical engineering student. 3. To foster good relationships and strengthen connections with other organizations, both within Universitas Pertamina and outside the Chemical Engineering Department of Universitas Pertamina. 4. To create harmony between Chemical Engineering students and the academic community of Universitas Pertamina.

Mechanical Engineering Student Association

The Mechanical Engineering Student Association consists of all undergraduate students in the Mechanical Engineering program at Universitas Pertamina. The activities of the Mechanical Engineering Student Association are based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, encompassing aspects such as education, research, and community service. Vision To build a professional mechanical engineering association with a spirit of loyalty and solidarity, forming members with strong character, excellence, activity, achievements, and a global perspective to meet future human resource needs, especially in the energy sector. Mission 1. To achieve integration among all members of the Mechanical Engineering Student Association (HMM-UP). 2. To instill a spirit of loyalty and solidarity by creating a familial atmosphere in every association activity. 3. To sharpen members' abilities by providing platforms to develop and support the expression of their interests and talents. 4. To work together in community empowerment for the sustainability of national life.

Logistics Engineering Student Association

This association consists of students from the Logistics Engineering Study Program, aiming to serve as a platform for self-development and knowledge enhancement, adhering to the principles of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Vision To nurture academic individuals who are future logistics experts capable of applying the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and becoming reliable leaders of the nation. Mission 1. To establish harmonious and dynamic relationships with all student stakeholders. 2. To create an independent and responsible student organization. 3. To actively participate in student movements to accelerate the instillation of professional principles in Universitas Pertamina's Logistics Engineering students, as well as to prepare them as future leaders of the nation.

Electrical Engineering Student Association

This association consists of all students in the Electrical Engineering program who are currently or have previously pursued a Bachelor's (S1) degree in Electrical Engineering, comprising passive members, active members (both junior and senior active members), special members, and honorary members. The main activity of this association is to improve the quality of human resources among Electrical Engineering students by providing training in academics, organizational skills, and creativity. In the long term, this association aims to serve as a role model for students, particularly those in Electrical Engineering and/or all Universitas Pertamina students. Achievements 1. 1st Place in the Logo Competition for the 1st Dies Natalis Universitas Pertamina 2. 2nd Place in the UPSTRACT Essay Competition 3. 3rd Place in the Social Campaign Competition 4. 3rd Place in the Business Plan of REKINNOVATION 2017 "New and Renewable Energy Innovation Challenge" 5. 1st Runner-up in the GRAVITASI UNM Writing Competition 6. Best Participant at the Sriwijaya International Leadership Forum 7. Top 10 Finalist in the National Essay Competition PAMADIKSI 2016 8. Bronze Medal in the Mathematical Analysis and Geometry Day Competition (ITB 2018) 9. 2nd Place in the UPFC Futsal Tournament 2017 (Jabodetabek + Bandung region) 10. 2nd Place in the UI Futsal Tournament 2017 (National Inter-University) Vision To foster Electrical Engineering students at Universitas Pertamina who are honest, intelligent, creative, socially aware, and responsible. Mission 1. To make HMTE UP a platform for organization and social interaction among Electrical Engineering students. 2. To accommodate and consider the aspirations of all elements of Electrical Engineering at Universitas Pertamina. 3. To enhance the skills and creativity of each member of HMTE UP. 4. To build relationships by increasing collaborations, both within and outside the campus.
