	"I have gained many memorable experiences during my studies at Pertamina University. Especially since I graduated from high school with a science major, it felt a bit off to continue my studies in the social sciences, particularly in the Communication program. One factor that greatly aided my studies was the guidance from the young lecturers in the Communication program at Pertamina University, which allowed us to communicate more freely and comfortably. The location of Pertamina University is also very strategic, situated in the center of Jakarta. This has been very helpful for me, coming from Bukittinggi, to adapt and socialize in the capital city. I had many opportunities to visit and take field trips to various companies and government buildings that are close to the campus. My current workplace is also about 3 km from the campus, which can be reached in 5 minutes by vehicle. Starting from my internship as a reporter at RRI, I was recruited by Kompas TV less than a month after graduation. I am currently working as a News Reporter at Kompas TV, responsible for reporting and delivering the latest news to the public." 	"There are so many aspects of communication science that I learned by studying at the UPer Communication Study Program that have supported my career journey in the field of Public Relations or Media until now. During my studies, I learned a lot about strategic communication, crisis and risk communication, interpersonal communication and communication psychology that are needed as a public relations person, to digital media and content production. "I started my career as Public Relations at Tokopedia. Then, I had a career as a KOL and Influencer strategy at one of the beauty brands in Indonesia. And now I want to expand my experience in the field of communication by working as a Production Assistant at MORF Management. As a Production Assistant, I am responsible for organizing content production, starting from monitoring pre-record preparation, shooting, editing stages, and content release. In addition, I am also responsible for creating several creative briefs, press releases, unique scripts, and campaign projects between brands and talents, and also continuing to build good relationships between brands, management, and talent." 	"One of the things I am grateful for in my life milestones is studying at Pertamina University. The Pertamina University campus is a very supportive environment for developing both hard skills and soft skills. The curriculum and case studies presented during classes are very up-to-date on both national and international scales, as well as relevant to the issues faced by society and the industry. The teaching methods of the lecturers at Pertamina University are unique and engaging; the approach is not monotonous and one-sided. Moreover, the types of assignments, midterms, and finals vary; they do not only involve sitting and answering questions, but can also include role-playing, case analysis, event management, and even creating short films and documentaries. From this input, I gained theoretical and practical understanding and skills that align with current industry needs. Although there were specific challenges during the learning process at Pertamina University, these challenges helped sharpen my critical and systematic thinking skills and fostered a flexible attitude towards change and differing viewpoints." 	"I gained a lot of experiences and theories while studying in the Communication program at Pertamina University. One of the key subjects was public speaking. Students were not only equipped with theoretical knowledge but also had direct practical experience speaking in front of an auditorium audience. This significantly boosted my confidence in public speaking. Moreover, many subjects had final exams that involved more than just answering questions in class; students were encouraged to create projects that would become tangible works. One example is creating short films with the help of communication lab tools such as studios, cameras, lighting, and PCs for editing. It is from these experiences and learnings that I have built my current career. Starting during my studies, I volunteered as a student ambassador for cicil.id, then interned at ruangobrol.id as a content writer, and worked part-time at Charles & Keith. From those experiences, I am now working in Business Development at Jurnal.id by Mekari. In this role, I meet daily with small, medium, and large business operators to assist them in creating financial reports so their businesses can grow through automated and efficient booking systems."
