"UPer provides a lot of extraordinary learning and experience to graduates. From an academic perspective, case-based teaching materials in industry are related to conditions in the world of work. Apart from that, there are many opportunities for company visits by visiting companies tailored to the lecture material and student interests. From a non-academic perspective, UPer provides ample opportunities for students to develop soft skills in terms of leadership, people management, talent, etc. through organizational activities and student activity units. This knowledge from UPer is what I apply to the work I am currently involved in. Currently I work as a Project Assistant at PT Zapfindo Arzieta Perdana (ZAP Finance)."

"I really enjoy studying at UPer because of four things: 1) Teaching at Uper uses an industry-based curriculum which is very useful in my current workplace; 2) At UPer I learned a lot about how to communicate and build good relationships; 3) At UPer I got a lot of contacts from industry practitioners, especially Pertamina practitioners; and 4) UPer regularly holds UPbringing where I can learn directly from industry and government practitioners. Currently I work as PKWT Holding Pertamina. I handle Pertamina worker training throughout Indonesia, handle upskilling Pertamina workers including the Pertamina Catalyser Program, and handle Pertamina Leader Forum activities."

"I realize that I gained a lot of valuable skills for my career during my studies at Pertamina University. Throughout my time there, I studied many up-to-date case studies relevant to current business conditions. Furthermore, the quality of the educators at Pertamina University is undoubtedly excellent. Additionally, there are extensive opportunities to participate in various academic and non-academic activities. I was involved in several student organizations, such as Badminton, Regional Arts, Investment Gallery, serving as the management board of the Management Student Association, and participating in Scientific Debate competitions, and I even had the chance to be a Teaching Assistant. In my final year, I had the opportunity to participate in the Certified Student Internship Program organized by the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) BUMN. At that time, I was placed in the Head Office of PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika and underwent a 6-month internship in the Human Resources Division. I learned many things during that program, including that Human Resources Management involves more than just administrative and personnel tasks; it also requires the ability to act as a partner or link between all units within the company strategically, covering HR Planning, Organization Design, Corporate Culture, and Talent Management. Thus, this role is also known as a Human Capital Business Partner. Starting from that FHCI internship, after graduating in 2020, I was called back to work, and ultimately I successfully passed the Management Trainee program at PT Kimia Farma Tbk."

"While studying at the UPer Management Study Program, I learned a lot about the current conditions in the business world, especially those related to finance, operations, human capital and business. This is one of the advantages that UPer has. This campus is able to educate quality human resources not only through academic channels, but also non-academic. Therefore, I am also active in the Management Study Program Student Association as Association Chair, where I learn a lot to hone my leadership and communication skills. Apart from that, the existence of supporting facilities such as business laboratories, discussion rooms and libraries certainly gives us enthusiasm as students to continue learning and developing, so that after college I can determine the career direction I will take after graduating. Currently I work as a Junior Leadership Development Program for Astra Credit Companies."

"I am very happy studying at UPer. UPer lecturers are very experts in their respective fields and have great experience which can be a source of inspiration and knowledge. While studying, I succeeded in getting national certification in the capital markets sector thanks to the support of activities and learning in the field of financial management at UPer. The application of learning using English in class also really helps me at work because I need intense communication with colleagues abroad. Knowledge from courses such as Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving also really helps me in analyzing new projects and problems in the office. "I am happy to study at UPer because the educational facilities are very supportive, the teaching lecturers are young and competent, and the materials taught always follow the current industry developments. The most memorable material for me was when I was given several case studies that were up to date with the current industrial conditions. In this material, I was given time to discuss and taught to apply Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving courses in making and completing a decision. This is very beneficial for me in building a mindset and making every choice or decision in my life and work. During college, I participated in various activities including the Regional Arts UKM and played an active role as the HR Club Coordinator at the Research and Development Department of the Management Student Association. With the knowledge and experience I gained during college, I am currently working as a Medical Administration Billing Verifier at Pertamina Jaya Hospital. I am happy to be part of the handling of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia, especially in handling the COVID-19 virus in the Onshore and Offshore environments of PT Pertamina (Persero) as well as in PT Pertamina (Persero) Subsidiaries and also in several government environments such as the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, etc."

Selain itu dikuatkan juga dengan pilihan saya untuk mengambil konsentrasi Sumber Daya Manusia di Prodi Manajemen yang memberikan banyak ilmu terkait pengelolaan dan hubungan dengan sumber daya manusia ditempat kerja.
